Ali MacGraw

Elizabeth Alice MacGraw better known as Ali MacGraw is an award-winning American actress, model, writer and activist for animal rights. Her films are Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) as well as The Getaway ( 1972). The Getaway was released in 1972. New York, she was born into an creative family. The first job she had was a photo assistant. She then moved on to modeling and acting. The award she received was her Golden Globe Award, for the most promising young talent. MacGraw became a household name following the success of her 1970 film Love Story. She was considered for nomination to the Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. MacGraw was deemed the top female box-office star of the world after only three releases. Her footprints, handwritten in 1972 and signatures were recorded at the Grauman's Chinese Theater. Additionally, to The Getaway Convoy Players she was also in the TV series The Winds of War. Moving Pictures, her 1991 autobiography, was released. MacGraw was married to three individuals.
