Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is the writer of a number of famous American cookery books. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. It began in 2002. Ina started her career as a writer for the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget and other policy reports. She initially adored the intellectual rigors of the job, but eventually, she began to lose enthusiasm. Instead she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. Before selling the business the store, she worked for 18 years building it into a highly successful store. In the following years, numerous cookbooks were published, and she also wrote columns for magazines. Another success is the Food Network Television show. Her range of items spans from kitchen equipment to ingredients and storage containers. Ina, who is self-taught, has never studied at an institution for cooking or a hotel. Ina is well-known for her unpretentious way of entertaining and easy food preparation. Her most well-known recipes include the Skillet-Roasted lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
