Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a CrossFit professional athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also runs and coaches. Annie is the only female ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. Annie was second at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and the 2014 edition. Annie Thorisdottir from Iceland is a weightlifter and also a CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity TV personality. She was the first woman to win an award at the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. She also won the Dubai Fitness Championships in 2013, 2017 and 2013. Annie and her siblings and parents, were born in Reykjavik Iceland. She was an active athlete and started working out at an early age. She participated for the first time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games in California in which she performed excellently. Annie Thorisdottir is 31 (as at 2021). She is 5' 7 tall and her weight is roughly 67 kilograms. Annie began her CrossFit journey in 2009 California. Her performance was good in her first games, finishing at the top of the list. However she was unable to win any title she ended the competition in 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. With the guidance of Jami Tikkanen, Annie placed second at CrossFit Games and was awarded a Silver medal that same year. Following that she was a participant in CrossFit Games and was awarded the title by virtue of her dominant performance. The first woman to ever take home a gold medal in CrossFit Games. In 2012 Annie also won the CrossFit Games because of her remarkable performance. She was the first female athlete to have won two CrossFit Games consecutively. In 2014, she was awarded a gold medal. And in 2021, she won the bronze. Annie is the current coach and trainer of Crossfit Reykjavik, which she started in the year 2000. Annie's rising popularity as an athlete has led her to become the brand ambassador for many brand names in the field of sports, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization - Nuunhydration Sidekick. In addition to this she owns a self-titled Youtube channel with around thousand subscribers where her training diet family videos and travel vlogs are published.
