Cassandra Monique Batie, professionally referred to as Andra day is an American R&B artist and singer. Her accolades include the Grammy Award as well as an Children's and Family Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award. She has also been nominated for the Academy Award. Andra Day, an accomplished artist and songwriter, with a strong background in blues, gospel and gospel who has a flair for the current world. She is much more than just an R&B throwback master. When she left the School of Creative and Performing Arts, andra Day began to concentrate on modern R&B and Pop, however she quickly discovered her jazz-inspired soul influences were what she was most attracted to. Kai Millard Morris recorded a show of Day, and later gave her husband Stevie Wonder some of Day's music. Motown famous Adrian Gurvitz was introduced to Day by the Motown legend. Allied with Gurvitz along with Jeffrey Evans' Buskin label Day developed a YouTube following and eventually signed with major-label Warner Bros. n 2012 Day released her debut single Forever Mine on YouTube. The track was listened to rapidly on radio by DJs. Her debut album, Cheers to The Fall (2015) was recorded by the Adrian Gurvitz. The album was released by Warner Bros. Records. Album included single Rise up, which was adopted as a national anthem by social justice movements all over the world. Day was awarded two Grammy nominations in the field for Best R&B Album for her album. The United States Versus Billie Holiday was her second album, released in 2019 and an album that was conceptually based on Billie Holiday's life. The United States Versus Billie Holiday is a biographie of Holiday that was released the following year. Andi Matichak is a famous American actor. She began her career in television shows like Orange Is the New Black, 666 Park Avenue and Blue Bloods. Her first film role was in the role of Allyson in the horror show Halloween.
